Snow = Workout Indoors!

It’s supposed to snow 2-4 inches tomorrow – will it really?  50% of the time the newscasters threaten these big storms and they usually amount to a few snowflakes!  In case it really does happen, here is a workout to keep your fitness goals on track! 

– 3 sets of 30 abdominal crunches
– 60 second plank
– 60 seconds of mountain climbers 
– 15 pushups 
– 20 lunges per leg
– 30 second superman
– repeat!
